本私隱政策說明 LittleG 如何處理資料。LittleG 的基本原則是：少收集、先本機、清楚說明、可刪除。

1. 我們收集什麼

LittleG 的基本城市小關卡功能主要在你的裝置本機運行。

當你完成任務時，LittleG 可能會在你的裝置本機保存：

  • 任務進度

  • 已完成的線索

  • 任務卡狀態

  • 本機完成記錄

這些資料主要儲存在你的裝置或瀏覽器內。除非你主動分享、提交或使用需要上傳的功能，LittleG 不會把這些本機任務記錄上傳到我們的伺服器。

如果你主動聯絡我們或提交內容，我們可能會處理你提供的資料，例如：

  • 你的聯絡電郵

  • 你的訊息內容

  • 你主動提交的任務卡或城市觀察內容

2. 我們不收集什麼

LittleG 的基本版本不會收集：

  • 語音數據

  • 精準 GPS 位置數據

  • 通訊錄

  • 健康資料

  • 生物識別資料

  • 完整信用卡資料

  • 用於跨 App 或跨網站追蹤的廣告識別碼

請不要在任務卡、分享內容或提交內容中填寫身份證號碼、住址、電話號碼、學校班別、他人個人資料或任何敏感資料。

3. 我們如何使用資料

我們只會在必要範圍內使用資料，以便：

  • 提供 LittleG 城市小關卡功能

  • 保存或恢復本機任務進度

  • 處理你主動分享或提交的內容

  • 回覆你的查詢

  • 維持服務安全及穩定

  • 改善 LittleG 的使用體驗

我們不會出售你的個人資料。

4. 本機資料及刪除方式

LittleG 的基本任務記錄主要保存在你的裝置本機。

你可以透過以下方式刪除本機資料：

  • 清除瀏覽器的網站資料或快取

  • 在裝置設定中移除相關網站資料

  • 刪除已加入主畫面的 LittleG PWA

  • 使用 LittleG 內提供的重設或清除功能，如該功能已推出

清除本機資料後，相關任務記錄可能無法恢復。

5. 兒童及家庭使用

LittleG 是城市觀察及任務卡體驗，可能由兒童、家庭、學校或公眾一起使用。

我們不會刻意要求兒童提供個人身份資料。兒童使用 LittleG 時，建議由家長、監護人或老師陪同。

如家長、監護人或老師認為兒童不小心向 LittleG 提交了個人資料，可以聯絡我們要求查閱或刪除。

6. 第三方服務

LittleG 可能使用必要的網站、主機、安全或技術服務，以維持服務運作、穩定性及安全性。

這些服務只會在提供相關功能所需的範圍內處理資料。

7. Cookie 及技術資料

LittleG 及相關服務可能使用 Cookie 或類似技術，以支援：

  • 網站基本運作

  • 安全防護

  • 效能改善

  • 錯誤排查

你可以在瀏覽器或裝置設定中管理或清除 Cookie。部分 Cookie 如被停用，服務可能無法正常運作。

8. 資料保安

我們會採取合理技術及管理措施保護資料，包括安全傳輸、存取控制及服務供應商管理。

但任何互聯網服務均無法保證絕對安全。請避免在 LittleG 任務卡、分享內容或提交表單中填寫敏感資料。

9. 資料保留

本機任務記錄會保留在你的裝置，直到你自行清除。

如果你主動聯絡我們或提交內容，我們只會在處理查詢、提供服務、維持安全或遵守適用要求所需的期間保留相關資料。

10. 政策更新

我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。更新後的版本會發布於 littleg.group，並標示更新日期。

作為 SaaS 數字服務平台，我們提供的所有服務均為即時交付的數字產品和 API 服務。一旦服務交付或 GFun 積分發放，恕不接受退款。

不可退款項目：
• GFun 積分充值包（購買後立即發放）
• 已使用的 API 服務
• 已生成的 PDF 報告、視頻、音樂等數字內容
• 所有訂閱方案

服務品質保證：
雖然我們不提供退款，但我們承諾：
✓ 99.9% API 服務正常運行時間
✓ 技術問題導致的服務中斷，將補償等值 GFun 積分
✓ 服務未能按承諾交付，將補發或提供替代方案
✓ 24/7 技術支援

購買前須知：
在購買前，請確保您了解服務內容和 GFun 積分消耗規則。

爭議解決：
如對服務有任何不滿，請聯繫 support@glgrphk.com，我們將在 24 小時內回覆。

GCityMap 提供以下 SaaS 與地圖數據相關服務：

  • 智慧地圖生成與分析（含 AMap / Google Maps API 整合）

  • GFun 積分系統與訂閱模組

  • AI 報告生成與自動化交付服務

  • 教育、規劃與數據視覺化工具

These Terms apply to all GCityMap services, including map analytics, API integrations, GFun credit system, and automated report delivery.

2. 使用者責任 (User Responsibilities)

使用者必須：

  • 提供準確且真實的帳戶資料。

  • 保護登入資訊與密碼安全。

  • 不得利用平台進行非法行為、散布惡意軟體或干擾其他用戶。

  • 不得逆向工程、抓取、轉售或再分發地圖資料。

Users must maintain accurate information, secure credentials, and comply with lawful and ethical standards. Reverse-engineering or resale of map data is strictly prohibited.

3. 使用限制 (Usage Restrictions)

  • GCityMap 數據僅供視覺化參考用途，不具法律效力。

  • API 使用上限依訂閱層級（免費/標準/專業）而定。

  • 禁止使用自動化腳本、大量請求或資料擷取行為。

  • 平台保留限制或暫停帳號之權利，如發現異常行為。

GCityMap data is for visualization only. Automated or abusive API calls are prohibited. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity.

4. 知識產權 (Intellectual Property)

  • 所有平台內容、設計、程式碼與 AI 模型屬於 SmartCitizens / GLHK 所有。

  • 用戶上傳的資料仍屬於用戶，但授權平台用於 AI 處理與服務改進。

  • 未經授權不得複製、轉售或用於競爭性服務。

All platform designs, code, and AI models are owned by SmartCitizens / GLHK. Users retain ownership of uploaded data but grant permission for AI-based processing.

5. 訂閱與付款 (Subscription & Payment)

  • 訂閱方案包括月費與年費制，金額以港幣為準。

  • 所有付款由 Shopify Payments 或 Stripe 安全處理。

  • 用戶可於帳號頁面隨時取消訂閱，並依退款政策辦理。

Subscriptions are billed in HKD via secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments or Stripe). Users may cancel anytime per refund terms.

6. 自動續訂與終止 (Auto-Renewal & Termination)

  • 訂閱將自動續期，除非於到期日前取消。

  • 因違反使用條款，平台可即時終止服務。

  • 終止後，帳號資料保留30天供導出。

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before expiration. Violations may result in immediate termination with 30-day data retention.

7. 法律責任與免責 (Liability & Disclaimer)

  • 平台不保證服務無誤或不中斷，亦不對第三方API中斷造成之損失負責。

  • 對於因用戶誤用、網路中斷或非本公司原因所致損失，概不負責。

  • GCityMap 僅提供資訊與分析參考，非專業法律或工程建議。

GCityMap is not liable for third-party API outages or user misuse. Data visualizations are informational and not legally binding.

8. 運送與交付政策 (Shipping & Delivery Policy)

  • GCityMap 為純數位交付服務，不提供實體運送。

  • 產品交付方式：

    • 📧 電郵發送：PDF 報告 / AI 結果。

    • 🔗 帳戶下載：可登入後重複下載。

    • ⚡ API 啟用：購買後即時開通。

  • 平均交付時間：1–5 分鐘內完成。

All services are digitally delivered via email, download links, or API activation, typically within 1–5 minutes.

9. 服務中斷與補償 (Service Interruption & Compensation)

  • 若服務中斷超過24小時，將自動補償 GFun 積分或延長訂閱時間。

  • 如因第三方 API（Google / AMap）中斷造成延遲，不予退費但提供積分補償。

If downtime exceeds 24 hours, compensation in GFun credits or extension will apply. No refund for third-party interruptions.

10. 爭議與準據法 (Dispute Resolution & Governing Law)

  • 本條款受香港特別行政區法律約束。

  • 爭議應提交香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）仲裁。
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and subject to HKIAC arbitration.
